Maintenance Agreements

LaserOne realizes that there's no one perfect plan for every company. This is why we have several plans available from which to choose, making it easy for you to find just right plan for your company's budget and needs.

Extended Warranty

Our Extended Warranty covers your equipment (parts only). Labor is billed at $120 per hour.

Basic Maintenance

Basic Maintenance covers your equipment (parts and labor)8:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday.

Advance Maintenance

Advance Maintenance is for those customers whose business is open on Saturday. It covers your equipment (parts and labor) 8:00 to 5:00 Monday through Saturday.

Total Protection Maintenance

Our Total Protection Maintenance Agreement covers your equipment (parts and labor) twenty-four hours a day seven days a week, including holidays. This plan also covers damage due to lightning.

Service Plans...

A Service Plan gives your company the ability to purchase blocks of time at our discounted rate.
Our Normal Service Plan is sold in blocks of twenty hours at the discounted rate of $100 per hour.
Our Emergency Service Option also covers two emergency calls per year.

$20 discount

on billable service

Customers under a System Warranty, Service Plan, or Maintenance program receive a $20 discount off of our normal rate of $120 per billable hour. LaserOne extends this discount to our new customers for their first six months, just for trying us out.

Gas Surcharge

With the rising price of gas, we have implemented a $15 gas surcharge for billable calls.
Non-billable calls such as, warranty, or calls covered under a maintenance or service plan will not be affected.

Moves Adds & Changes

From time to time you may decide to Move an extension, Add a new telephone, or make a Change in programming. These types of services are referred to as MACs and are not covered by your system’s Warranty, or Maintenance contract, but are performed as Time and Material.

Time and Materials

Some customers choose to use our Time and Material plan. Labor is billed at $120 per hour plus the cost of materials.

Remotes

Sometimes it is possible to do certain jobs remotely, such as light programming. Remotes are charged at $50 per 30 minutes increment.
